There are several processes to follow in identification of an effective and well organized statistical test which include evaluation of hypothesis, checking if the questions are associated with groups, IVs and DVs, variable measurements, covariates and other statistical tests. The articles below show the analysis for each statistical test.

First, the Factors Related to Social Competence in Elementary School among Children of Adolescent Mothers takes into account the factors of social competency among the following measurements: income levels, adolescence and performance. The features of the mothers, children were examined with respect to social economic problems (Bates & Vandenbelt, 2003). The covariates were social levels and quality of parental care which showed that the higher the level the lower the academic performance. The social humanity also had an impact on academic abilities.

In the article, ‘Predicting discharge from Air Force basic training by pattern of affect’, the hypothesis was comparison between multiple affect lists to air force training. Two hundred soldiers showed an average of 20 years of age. The functional analysis showed anxiety, sensing, depression and hostility in the training (Lubin & Fiedler, 1999). The tests illustrated the source of success in the training fields from the variables above.

In ‘Evaluation of a parent education program for divorcing parents’ it is clear that divorce education varies in progress with ages and social background. It is more effective for adaptive parents to the divorce than to newly inducted parents into the divorce. The hypothesis shows the test over application of skills associated and interaction filled divorce programs (MeKenry, Clark & Stone, 1999).

Lastly, in the article ‘Knowledge structures and retail sales performance: An empirical examination’, the research shows that salesperson wisdom and level of knowhow is directly proportional to performance. The empirical test took 150 agents whereby the higher performance was characterized by agents with higher intelligence capacities and procedural tasks evaluation. The research indicates high performance was associated with circumlocutory goals and objectives (Kumar et.al, 2000). It fails to take into account specific statistical tests hence it doesn’t fully satisfy the empirical analysis.
