Functional Skills: Student “A” is able to choose his backpack from among a number of available

backpacks; however, he will need to be instructed to put his school items in the backpack that

he has chosen. The pupil is able to use the restroom on their own, but they need to be

reminded to pull their trousers back up and wash their hands after using the facility.

"A" is able to start and take part in a conversation, but without a cue, they struggle to bring the

topic to a close on their own. In a social context, "A" will interrupt the conversations of their

peers.

Achievement testing:

Math calculations- "A" has a score of nine out of ten on the addition and subtraction problems

using one digit. Without renaming, the correct answer is 0/10 with two digits and one digit. The

answers to the problems involving multiplication and division are 0 for 5.

Written expression- When "A" is given a topic, they have the ability to dictation simple

sentences. 5/5; when given a topic, writes phrases using simple language 0/5.
