Term Project [Develop a Project Management Plan]

This assessment component aims to provide hands-on experience to students in the critical concepts of project management. As part of the semester project, students will develop a set of documents that are part of the Project Management Plan. Students will select a hypothetical project or draw from a current work project and create Project Management Plan documents based upon templates, techniques, and examples provided by the PMI or other similar sources. The following milestones, deadlines, and submissions are required to complete the project successfully. Details of the rubric used for grading the semester project are available on the course website.
