· share your definition of leadership (this does not have to be a textbook or dictionary definition - it can be what you understand is "leadership" as of today)

· complete the "Leadership Trait Questionnaire" or LTQ located on page 38 of your textbook - be sure to also ask 5 people you know well to complete the questionnaire about you

· share your results of the LTQ and what you learned by completing this activity

· explain, in your opinion, why the trait approach "fails to provide a definitive list of leadership traits"

· share which of the five major leadership traits discussed in the chapter is the most important and which is the least important - support your claim with specific examples from chapter 2

· explain how the Big Five personality factors relate to the five major leadership traits identified in the text
