Topic Option 1 - Legal and Regulatory Environment: Specific employment laws/major U.S. H.R. legislation; major employment statutes; federal and/or state staffing requirements by facility and/or service type with reporting requirements; worker safety laws; CMS and other applicable regulatory bodies' survey requirements for H.R. processes, procedures, and protocols. Topic Option 2 - Employee Records & Mandatory H.R. Documentation: Screenings and background checks; federal and/or state H.R. personnel regulatory and required personnel file documentation; federal and/or state specific requirements for licensed roles; credentialing; CMS and State Survey Preparation and Compliance for the H.R. department/personnel. Topic Option 3 - H.R.
