  Based on the given scenario regarding  the  auctioning of Candie Cardigan’s giraffe  patterned dress and Pearl, the student is  to discuss the following:   

 Student discusses whether  or not a contract exists  between the auction  house and Pearl.  If the  student indicates that the  suit should be brought  against Cassie or Candie,  credit may be given. 

 Student discusses the  concept of specific  performance and whether  or not it is a remedy that is  available to Pearl.
