1. The theme that I find most interesting is Inequality and how it has shaped the world today. I see so many problems that involved inequality in our society now days.

2. How has Inequality shaped todays society? Why do the immigrants in this country have such a hard time being discriminated against and struggle with inequality?

3. A site of conflict that I have identified is the Racial Discrimination. Racial discrimination continues to be in the labor market. “An experiment carried out in Chicago and Boston during 2001 and 2002 shows that resumes with “white-sounding” names, whether male or female, were much more likely to result in call backs for interviews than were those with “black-sounding” names (even though the resumes were otherwise identical).”

5. Going back in time when Mount Vesuvius erupted and the dust settled all over Pompeii, researchers now discovered how the people back then had some of the most pressing social problems. Researchers found increasing wealth inequality over thousands of years. Economic disparity edged up: farming enabled families to collect wealth and pass it on.

· How do we overcome inequality when here in the US we are surrounded by many different cultures?

· Why does inequality surround money and wealth? If you have money you can get treated really well, but some get treated bad because they are living in poverty.
