Lean Methodology: this methodology is chosen to minimize resource waste and maximize customer value. At the end of the day, there should be high value IT system with the exact resources provided. Customer satisfaction should be achieved and value generation is achieved through implementing process flow. Therefore the waste will be eliminated in inventories, installation & implementation services, and various products. The internal team will work on whatever is possible before inviting contractors.
