Long-term senior living activity schedule

Assignment:

Design a week long plan to increase leisure activities in a long term care facility.  Make sure the plan has multiple options based upon the abilities of the residence.  Provide the schedule in a calendar format and also provide a legend with detailed descriptions of each activity.  (You need to have morning and afternoon options for persons with varying levels of physical capacity, so the schedule should be full).  

Note:  You must describe the activities in DETAIL that are on your calendar and you will not earn a passing grade without submitting a calendar that contains at a minimum 1 week of activities.  

SUBMIT AS A POWERPOINT FILE (no need to voiceover).   USE the slides to show your calendar and descriptions of activities.  Be REALISTIC!  Don't create something that would never be able to exist in the real world. 30 its

10 pts - Week long plan that includes all normal hours of the day, and reasonable options for leisure scheduled around activities of daily living (meals, hygiene, sleep)

10 pts - detailed description of 5 or more supplied leisure activities (on individual slides)

0.25 pts lost for each spelling and grammar error
