I was tasked with teaching and enforcing the rules to the young athletics
during a youth basketball tournament involving several teams. I had to make
difficult choices about crowd control and game management on a number of
occasions. The tournament was a success, and excellent basketball was
played all day long. |

Mr. Jerry and I went through the excel over the company's personnel and assigned games to each of the six locations for the young athletes' basketball tournaments. Also, we ensured that there would be vending and that the staff was well-organized so there should be no gaps in monitring the tournaments this week. |
