Chinese students are constrained by exam-oriented education, which limits their potential and hinders them from identifying and developing their passions.

Theory of Change

If Chinese students have more opportunities to develop their passion and less pressure on getting high diplomas,

Then they will be able to set clearer life goals and feel more satisfied and accomplished about their career.

Assumptions: Students are able to allocate their time and energy between school and apprenticeship; Parents are willing to pay for the service that helps their kids follow their passion; Students have the time and willingness to explore more options to pursue their interests.

Impact Statement

By 2026, 300+ students in China will have more identified career options to pursue their passion as a result of the counseling service and opportunities provided
