6:00am: Interact with spouse and children. Assisted my children with timely preparation for school while my husband gets dress. Go for a 3 mile run. Return and eat breakfast, shower and change for the work day.

7:30am: Arrive at the carpool bus stop, wait for bus with other military co-workers, and check in with the carpool customer service agent to board the bus.

8:00am: Board the carpool bus and travel with other military co-workers; observe communication and talks among the various people aboard the bus about work engagements or political related topics

8:30am: Arrive at work, interact with coworkers, and work in office checking and responding to emails. Preparing for my daily meeting and assisting the employees with their shortcomings in the work place

10:00am: Ordered coffee from the cafeteria at work; observe news with co-workers about social security issues, poverty in the country, racial issues and social injustices

11:00 am: Go back to my office and check emails.
12:30 pm: Take a lunch break with my Commander and discuss implementation of policies in the organization

1:30 pm: Walk around checking on the well-being of the staff ensuring that they are in good emotion condition (not emotionally exhausted from work/home responsibilities)
3:30pm: Board carpool Bus home
4:30pm: Arrive home, interact with spouse and children (homework) and Facetime with some members of our extended family; make dinner

8:45pm: Prepare for bed, ensure the children are in bed and conduct prayers before laying down
