LO1: Examine the context and purpose of accounting

DELTA/Δelta/ is a sole proprietorship accounting firm. The company was founded last year to provide business-consulting services to their existing and new clients. They have a headquarters in Amman, which located in Jordan. You have recently joined the firm as a Graduate Trainee, where you will be providing businesses with accounting and financial services. You have been requested to participate in various activities as part of your continuous training.

Task 1: learning outcome 1

Your supervisor, a Key Account Manager at the firm, has requested you to write a report that will be used to define and increase the knowledge about what is the main role of the existence of accounting in organizations to new and existing clients. 'The role of accounting in an organization' is the report title you have been given to prepare and must be published as a blog on the internet.

Instructions

In this task you have to answer the below Questions:

Examine the accounting function's purpose inside an organization. In addition to assessing the accounting, function inside the organization considering regulatory and ethical limitations. Then Evaluate the accounting function's context and purpose in addressing organizational, stakeholder, and societal demands and expectations, Through Judging the different user’s perspectives and make a valid conclusion. At the end Critically evaluate the role of accounting in informing decision-making to meet organizational, stakeholder and societal needs within complex operating environments, where you have to discuss the validity of claims from the opposing views and produces a convincing argument to support the judgement.
