The literature review should include at least 7 academic journal sources and 3 other informational sources, such as white papers or research reports from think tanks, government offices or research agencies like Urban Institute, RAND Corporation, Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA), or Child Trends, as examples.

Please include recent articles, preferably 2015-2021. The first part of the literature review will focus on what is already known about the behavioral health condition and what is being done to address the challenges. The second part of the literature review should give a “gap analysis” summary which will provide a targeted scope pointing to an existing service, policy, or programmatic gaps.
