Controlling emotions and feelings is a big part of organizational behavior. This article developed a framework to assess the impact on the performance and goal achievement of employees in organizations. This article indicates the role of emotional intelligence in employees and will be utilized to explain my topic of organizational behavior.

This article discusses the impact of staff turnover on organizational behavior. To predict the problems and formulate the interventions for these problems related to staff turnover, surveys were conducted to collect a large amount of data. Using the right resources in an organization can limit the turnover ratio, and this investment will save the training cost of inexperienced staff. Staff satisfaction is not much of a predictor of staff turnover as compared to caregiver satisfaction. This article supports my research topic from the employees' perspective and provides valuable content for the literature review.
