In a system where social interaction is the definition of success as well as a way to further personal as well generational development among the population. It is crucial to appreciate the diversity as well as its presence and the impact it creates within a group of people that form the bigger part of the population. Several articles and research touch on the aspect with versatility in opinion as well as point of view.

The most basic aspects in the discussion have been the level of education for which diversity in the population should be encouraged as well as be supported. In this aspect, we consider middle schools and high school with a priority in the already existing systems that support diversification in race and ethnicity within its programming (Anderson, 2005). From this point, we can consider the questionable actions that drive the process of diversification and the drive behind most instances that are considered effects that hinder diversification within a particular population in schools. Additionally, the role of the institution in schools looks at the programming and available programs that help with the support of families that experience difficulties in terms policies creation in order to take care of the students from poor and underprivileged families in order to support equitable racial distribution in schools (Nieto, 2015). It, therefore, guides into learning the impacts of diversification in the overall population by taking into account the type and process for which data is collected (Danson & Chang, 2009). By looking critically at the bias of population distribution as well as the collection methodology which gives insight from the view of the students whose focus are on them (Allmark, 2004), it takes into factor the timeline as well as pertinence of data specific analytical research (Wells et al., 2016).Alternatively, looking at the external factor such as location and geographical distribution of particular schools taking into account that universities are the most affected in this allows for a clear understanding of the probability of enrolment of a certain group of people in the society especially involving culture and race (Franklin, 2018). This considers the opportunities that are there that will look at the overall goal and thus the existing system in which there is evidence of an institution being considered to belong to a certain culture of the ethnic group of the population. This takes a look at the universities that are considered white or black universities (Franklin, 2013).

However, consideration of ways to support diversification and factors that affect the degree for which diversification occurs are not the only aspects of the topic that can be delved into. The population of United States has an existing system that supports education as a governmental programme. It, therefore, means there is a way in which this subject has been approached right from the beginning as a representation of the population at large. Looking at the support that exists currently and the main focus in terms of disparity as well the development process and plans in place to ensure diversification is enhanced in education, we take into account a system that has been adopted and would likely fall as mandatory regulations and principles in the education system. (The U.S. Department of Education, 2016). The minority population in the United States is slowly shifting away from the title that it has long been given and thus consideration of the ongoing constitutional development in this sector puts the research within a time frame that is relevant in the discussion as well as highlights the position of the topic within the current events. This puts up to date with what exactly we are supposed to be doing in order to access the changes that will be brought about by the increased diversification in schools and the programs that should be placed as a measure to tackle the challenges that come along (Howard, 2007).
