The purpose of the paper is explore and expand the dilemma being faced especiallyexperienced by the young immigrants who are forced to stay in ill-equipped shelters homes and undergo most an unnecessary treatment. Immigration from one place to another is definitely a cause of concern and must be understood from social political and cultural viewpoints. The problem here is the immigration and the ultimate issues arising out of this issue. Furthermore why are immigrants being treated badly in the places where they are heading America for instance? Already they are suffering from a lot of sufferings and have their homes instead of getting tranquility and peacefulness they are being treated badly. In order to understand the issues of immigrants it is better to observe policies which have been adopted nationally and internationally to deal with this crisis. Method

There are a number of studies which have focused on the miseries of the immigrants (Wood, 2018, Carlson et al., 2012, Thurston et al., González, 2018, Knopf, 2018, Evans, Roth et al., 2018, Monico et al., 2019, de la Peña et al., 2019, Bortz, 2018, Cervantes and Walker, 2017). These studies have categorically questioned the new immigration laws and their impacts on the people at border. For conducting this study the primary and secondary sources can be checked. Moreover they can be opted from scholarly online databases. It will be ensured that the studies are those which are peer reviewed. The studies mentioned have been taken from various such sources. The criteria for including them were the clarity in them concerning the topic under consideration. They were those studies conducted by the researcher with diverse perspective and interpolated in detail the immigration phenomenon. Results Comment by Melissa Meinhart: This needs to be one section with a number of paragraphs, whereby you will compare and contrast the findings in relation to your research topic. The overall focus of each paragraph is hard for me to understand at this point

The question which is to be answered and reviewed from various studies is, “Keeping in view the new migrant laws and the judgments of the judicial authority, do these sheltering cells have any legality in treating despondent minors by psychotropic drugs?” There are various parts of this questions which are supported by the facts of various studies. For instance, Wood (2018) has pointed out towards the mental illness that the young ones are facing on the border. In the finding section of the study, the role of the punitive immigration policies in mental illness of the parents and the children has been interpolated. Carlson et al., (2012) have declared the minors the most vulnerable group of people. This has categorically mentioend in introduction section. Cervantes and Walker (2017) have rejected the Trump administration laws in the body section with separate segment thereof. The study of Bortz (2018) has pointed towards a dangerous crises, humanitarian as well as mental on the border throughout his study. Thurston et al., (2018) study has forcefuly rejected the immigrant laws. The role of “The Society of Behavioral Medicine” in opposing such laws has been mentioned clearly in the body of the article. González (2018) has declared, in introduction section, immigration laws inhuman and usual. The study of Knopf (2018) has targetted the Family separation policy and explored the significance of parents in the body section of the article. Similary, Evans and Roth et al., (2018) have, in more than one section of body of the studies, declared the seperation unethical and stressed over focusing over ethics and values. Lastly, Monico et al., and De la Peña et al., (2019) have stressed over the “Zero-Tolerance” Policy. These studies even in introduction have portrayed a grim picture and declared it an unimagineable experience to work with immigrants.

Critically reviewing and contrasting the selected studies

The studies although were written by different authors but they pointed out towards a single thing and this is the immigrants, who already ran from poverty, famine, war, persecution and for bright future are not being treated well on the borders. Take the instance of Cervantes and Walker (2017) who have rejected the new policy for immigrants. Bortz (2018) has endorsed the crisis and censured the policy. Monico et al., and De la Peña et al., (2019) focused on “Zero-Tolerance” Policy which is utterly a ultra nationalistic policy and dangerous for liberal values. Evans and Roth et al., (2018) have declared that something unethical is happening on borders. Thurston et al., (2018) have opposed the the new laws on behalf of “The Society of Behavioral Medicine” and termed it is causing health issues while and when compared with the study of González (2018), he has termed such policy cruel and barbaric. On the same pattern, Wood (2018) has raised concerns about the health issues of young ones facing borders’ hardship and Carlson et al., (2012) has termed the teenagers the most vulnerable to health and biological issues, and rightly so. Treating despondent minors by psychotropic drugs is getting a matter of every day. Parents are separated from their young ones in a bid to treat to them. Of course that is a cruel mean which does not make any sense in some cases. Interestingly, when the government is making such laws, scholars and even judicial organ of the state are speaking against these laws and asked for their repudiation. According to them, on humanitarian grounds, the immigrants must be compensated. They pointed out various causes of immigration. Some have blamed the war feminine ethnic clashes the prime causes for this while others have focused and blamed the national and international policies for this dilemma. Being unaware of the grim health related issues being faced by teenagers at border, a clear understanding can be drawn now, especially after reviewing these highly relevant studies.

My concern is that you only have until Monday at 11:59pm to submit the assignment, so I would encourage that you spend a lot more time on expanding your writing and including more detail. Utilizing the writing center may also be helpful, in case you are on campus tomorrow.

If you would like some sort of reference then I would encourage you to read through the "Introduction" and/or "Literature Review" sections from any of the assigned readings. Reading through the "Methods" sections of the Systematic Review articles should also help with the second part of your email.
