LIRN- Journal Article Assignment Instructions & Rubric

Instructions: Using the LIRN database, research and review 1 scholarly article related to a Physical Therapy based topic, for example; can be related to lifelong learning. For the review portion of the assignment, in a few paragraphs or less, briefly explain what the article is about and provide your point of view, IN YOUR OWN WORDS. The article must be included with your assignment.

Format should resemble the following:

You must CITE article correctly in your assignment and include a citation page in APA Style.

c.	Explains point of view clearly and concisely, uses supporting statements & evidence from article.	Explains point of view clearly and concisely, does not use supporting statements or evidence from article.	Point of view is unclear, does not use supporting statements or evidence from article.
Conclusion	Review includes a clear conclusion that summarizes response.	Conclusion does not correctly summarize the response.	Essay does not contain a summarizing conclusion.
Citation Style	Cover page, in-text citations, and page layout are in APA style.	Only 2 aspects are in APA style.	None of the paper is in APA style, or citations are not included.
