Physical Activities Is there a physical activity every day?
Is there an acceptable amount of variety to the physical activities?
Spiritual At least one Spiritual Wellness offering per week.
Some examples: Bible Study each week, 1 visiting pastor/group, yoga, meditation, music appreciation
Religious services and transportation provided weekly (set a standard so there is not a full day of driving)
Social Activities Bus trips (not including doctors, shopping, or banks)
Trips out to lunch or dinner
Options after 5:00 pm
Intellectual/Wellness Activities Outside speaker or demonstration each month
A computer activity each week
Some examples: Memories/reminiscent activity, creative writing or poetry program, choir, pet program, volunteer programs, life’s work demonstrations/lectures, docent opportunities, mentoring programs, etc.
Outings Bus trips (does not include grocery or banks, which should only be one
half day a week total)
