b. Provide Reference: People living with HIV and key populations face human rights violations that affect their access to health services, relationships in their communities, housing options, and employment.

b. Provide Reference: The number of homeless people in Germany is increasing and most homeless people suffer from mental illnesses that require treatment. Accurate figures on the prevalence of mental illness among the homeless in Germany can help improve care structures for this vulnerable group.

c. What makes homeless people increase. Some of them do not get the treatment (related to human rights)

3. Journal Article (Research Report 3):

a. Education

b. Provide Reference: paper retraces the origins and the development of international minority protection by the League of Nations and the United Nations

c. Related to international students and illegal immigrant in the past 30 years. Some of them are homeless people at that moment. ( the way they receive education and get identity)
