supervisors misinterpret our message—more importantly our writing.
For your next assignment, construct a letter of apology to upload
This letter will be graded on:
–
Professionalism
: memo format, salutation, email signature, document design
–
Use of appropriate language
: tone is the major value for this assignment; if
your tone is not humble and sincere, you will lose points.

Addressing the issue
: be sure to devote a paragraph to explaining the
transgression. Tell the story objectively. Use the “you-attitude”. Be
detailed!!!

Understanding how the miscommunication occurred:
in another paragraph,

necessary appropriate monetary reparation. Be sympathetic and logical.
Also, be realistic.

memo, text, etc.) with a discourteous error (
you can find the required

not, want an apology. You goal is to make the apology sincere and
complete enough to end further related communications.

CHOOSE!!!
Use one of these for your apology
letter.
