To whom it may concern:

I’ve had the privilege of working with Cherie Henry for close to five years. Four of those years in United States Navy with Patrol Squadron Five, and our final year as colleges for Web.com. I remember the day Cherie first joined our squadron in September of 2012. We were already on deployment in Japan; so not only did she arrive as a completely new service member among a group of veterans, she was also thrown immediately into the high stress tempo and environment unique to a military deployment. I watched many other young men and women falter at such a bombardment of change, but Cherie never stopped smiling. Her drive to learn as much as she could about the aircraft and to complete her required qualifications in a timely manner was astounding. Because of my position in the squadron I was responsible for training new employees on safe maintenance procedures, research techniques, and company policies and procedures. Cherie would not only take the initiative to perform new tasks herself to expedite her own learning process, but never ceased to ask questions along the way. She would search tirelessly for the correct documentation related to her task making the quality of her work the most consistent and closely aligned with all local policies and procedures. She was an absolutely model for each newcomer to the squadron and her work ethic served as a reminder to us more experienced personnel: that the learning process never ends.

Cherie honorably served out the remainder of her time with the Navy and later joined me at Web.com in March of 2016. Again, Cherie was placed in a position with a steep learning curve for new systems, procedures, and technologies; and again, Cherie speedily absorbed the information. Always with her signature smile and pleasant sense of humor. With her amazing customer service skills and drive to treat each customer as an individual with unique and varying needs she won several sales contests, maintained a remarkably high customer satisfaction rate, and consistently exceeded her retention quotas. Her patience and attitude served the customers as well as the company.

She has proven herself capable in succeeding in the technical and high stress field of aviation maintenance as well as having a clear talent for customer service. Her personality, drive and experiences will mark her among the best of employees as she pursues her dream to the medical field of technicians. It has been my honor to serve alongside her in the military, work alongside her in a corporate environment, and to recommend her for future employment at your organization. If you wish to discuss Ms. Henry any further, please do not hesitate to call.

With humble regards,

Leigh N. Ennis
