           By the year 2017, the HHS ( Department of Health and Human Services) reduced the financing which was being provided for the ACA( Affordable Care Act) 2018 open Enrollment consumer outreach as well as enrollment educational related activities from $100 million to approximately $10million. The funding was reduced with about 90% of the previous year. However, the HHS ( Department of Health and Human Services) continued to finance the ACA( Affordable Care Act) 2019 open Enrollment consumer outreach as well as enrollment educational related activities 10 million. The main purpose of the H.R 987, the Marketing and Outreach Restoration to Empower Health Education Act of 2019, is to target the fundamental population necessarily the low-income earners who may have lost their health coverage or those who may be suffering from health coverage reduction due to the reduced funding of the ACA ("H.            The constant increase in health care cost is a significant challenge to numerous Americans, thus it the role of the lawmakers, the nursing professionals, and every single American to ensure that health care has been made to be more affordable. However, the prioritization needs to be above the political lines as healthcare tends to be a fundamental platform of creating a strong society or nation. My advocation is majorly directed to lowering the premiums within the ACA, instead of repealing it, the ACA should be funded to allow more Americans to be issued with health care coverage.

Describe how you would address the opponent to your position. Be specific and provide examples.

           The individuals that are opposing my view regarding the issue of financing, the Affordable Care Act is viewing the issue as political and thus they tend to use their political lines to oppose the bill. A majorly, significant population that is opposed to this bill is the Republican and as their leader, President Trump who is always opposed to the President’s Obama establishment of ACA and other related activities aims to continue challenging every aspect of the ACA.
