Preparation
Refer to the GSA National Capitol Region 4th Floor Total Workplace Case Study . A contract for the case study has been finalized and the work is underway. The offeree (contractor) has requested a cardinal change to the scope of the contract.
Instructions
Write a 1–2 page paper in which you:
1. Explain your role and responsibility as a contract officer regarding the change request.
2. Describe the process for making formal changes in the scope of the contract, including the role of the contractor.
