1. Week 9 Activity - Case Study: Contract Scope Changes

Preparation

Refer to the  GSA National Capitol Region 4th Floor Total Workplace Case Study . A contract for the case study has been finalized and the work is underway. The offeree (contractor) has requested a  cardinal change to the scope of the contract.

Instructions

Write a 1–2 page paper in which you:

1. Explain your role and responsibility as a contract officer regarding the change request.

2. Describe the process for making formal changes in the scope of the contract, including the role of the contractor.

3. Use at least two sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate. Cite each source listed on your source page at least one time within your activity. For help with research, writing, and citation, access the  libraryor review  library guides .
