In this assignment you are striving to "put it all together,” by presenting a legal / ethical case study to your classmates, posing questions to your classmates, and then commenting / answering the questions on another classmate's case.  Read the instructions below as you prepare the assignment.

· Select an article or news story of your choice about an ethical or legal concern as your case study

· Post your article / news clip to the discussion board under the Legal Case Study heading

· This case study you select must be focused on a legal and / or ethical concern. 

· Write a short synopsis of the case and make sure to cite your source of the article. 

· Provide the reference in APA 7 format to enable your classmates to locate the article easily.  You can provide a link to a website too if you would like.

· Present 2-3 thought provoking questions about your case to your classmates.  These questions should encourage the reader to address the key concepts and / or terminology used in the legal and ethical learning material in this module.  

Criteria

1. Did you select an article about a legal or ethical matter?

2. Did you provide a synopsis of the article including what it is about, the ethical dilemma, the outcome and how it relates to the course?

3. Did you include 3 relevant questions that invoke the reader to apply the concepts learned in the course?
