Legal & District Requirements of Supervision

The purpose of this assignment will be to understand the legal requirements of the state and a districts supervision procedures and expectations. Assignment Expectations: • Locate and read the legal requirements for the supervision of all teachers for the state in which the student teaches. • Locate and read the supervision policy, procedures and expectations for all teachers in the district in which the student teaches.

• Write a 3-page paper (not counting the title page or References) to synthesize and summarize this information, explaining how the district procedures represent the legal requirements. Third person writing required

• Reflect on your learning: How do these requirements and expectations align with your developing understanding of supervision? What did you learn that was new to your understanding of supervision?

• Include references using APA format. •
