Word count of the assessment - 2500 word report (+/-10% not including the appendices and bibliography).
In Component 2 student are required to demonstrate their understanding about global complexities/issues of the chosen global company ( In component1) based on their understanding form the module learning.
Section A (Approximately 1500 words)
Evaluate the global complexities/issues relevant to the chosen job in chosen global company ( in component 1 ) by using appropriate theories and models you have learnt in this module. Areas which you may need to consider are as follows (There is no requirement to cover each and every one of these topics. Choose those which support the main focus of your company. Time will be available in tutorial to help you focus to your individual assignment.)

Section B (approximately 1000 words)
Reflect on the journey of the skill development throughout the semester in university and outside and discuss your progress against your skill gap mentioned in PDP (in component 1) and continuous development plan.

Discuss a continuous development plan ( Required skills for the selected role).
