Make critical connections by interacting with leaders who have successfully implemented the project plans

· Listing nurse managers I admire their work on projects

· Finding a professional association in the field and starting to network with key stakeholders

CO 2: Using current knowledge, standards of practice, and research from evidence-based literature, synthesize a foundation for the nurse executive role. (POs 3 and 4)

Establishing a personal mission for the team to follow to deliver excellent care results

· Ensure teams and facilities operate smoothly
