Leading Change in Multiple Context

When we talk about a change which is bound to bring positivity in to the environment

then that change is the leading change. It is not limited to a certain area of context, but it is

needed at levels of lives and a system. Like change in context of socialness, political aspect or

global efforts. Need of change is always there as it brings out the result which we generally

demand.

But in my perspective, I go with the community change. Why, people will be asking.

That it because I think that it is the community that is directly connected to all these factors like

politics, or social factors. A community describes how people are progressing both socially and

politically. I believe that if the community is well settled and well managed then it will produce

effective political features and socially accepted norms and culture.

One might thing how a community is going to help any political aspect or any other for

the sake of the matter? Thing is that when one community, which ever it is, is living and

progressing happily, content with their lives, they reflect the strong leadership. A strong

leadership means strong and fair political hold.

Today we will be talking about how different people who come together to form a

community can bring changes in to the world and cause leading changes to define advancement.

It is amazing how a community can shape the whole country by simply reflecting themselves as

strong and complete unit. This is not some fantasy but truth. Because before us, many

civilizations came where community being strong was the highlighter.

I find this thing very amusing and integrating that how a simple community through

leadership change can cause such huge differences. Contrary to what we hear and see, to make a

community strong, leading changes are to be made. Those changes need to stand out and hit

everyone like anything. Only then a change can happen.

When we talk about leading change in community perspective, we mean what we can do

to bring more peace and prosperity in to the lives of the people who are living as a community. A

community based on religion, ethnicity or color; each person deserves a chance at happiness and

they should get it. this is why, leading changes came in to existence.

When we talk about community leading changes, we mean how to help them better their

lives. Some changes are always needed, and they cannot be ignored. Many times, these changes

can occur late or some time earlier than expected. But whenever they occur, they come like a

storm and creates such pleasant vibes that it feels like this change was what we were missing.

Therefore, when we lead concept of change in to a community, we ne dot make sure that

people there are needing it. only then they will accept it and appreciate. Only then that change

will ripe in to leading change.

Concept of leadership needed:

We have seen in past how different communities have suffered because unfair rules and

regulations were happening to them. Due to unfair conditions, people suffered, and they were

unable to bring positive change in top their lives.

When people are suppressed, they retaliate. They become impatient and rebel and things

get worse. Such circumstances never lead to positive change in to the society. This is not how a

leading change occur. For a leading change, one has to look in to the matter closely.

When people take a closer look at a community, they see that it is divided in too many

sub sections. Like schooling, employment, retirement, savings and benefits and many others like

these. All these sub divisions must work effectively to bring a change.

A change in a community which is a defining one can start from any step. It could be

from a starting point of view or a change in an already existing thing. In order to bring a change,

people must accept the problem first. This is the basic step towards a leading change that defines

prosperity and advancement.

It is very common that people close their eyes at the eve of the problem. They know they

are unable to do anything so why fight it, let the thing happen. What people don’t know is small

changes lead to big changes and these small individual changes create a leading change which is

after termed as an evolution.

Yes, it has been observed that the concept of change is needed among people. Just by

sitting idly and doing nothing except talking does not bring change. One must put efforts in to

that. All factors of a community combine force to bring a change, that says a lot about unity and

determination. Without such forces, it is impossible to even create a concept of change.

Ideally, the concept of change can be triggered by a feeling or any act. It can be anything

which forces us to bring out the best of ideas and work overt them. When we talk about bringing

the change, we need to make sure that we have a proper plan in mind. Because without plan, any

idea is a failure. No changes occurred if there is no clarity.

Comminute deserves changes as much as any other form of a life. Some argue that

political changes lead to great communities. It is true in fact total support for these ideas, but one

forgets that if the communities are not progressing then how come they will produce fair political

leaders. It is impossible to think that when people are unhappy and suppressed and living a life of

a miser, how can they understand what kind of change is necessary for them.

That is why, it is important that the concept of change must arise in people. They must

recognize the problem and then work for the betterment. Only then a change will happen. A

basic life towards a good political figure.

It is commonly said, that people never know which child will become the next president

or prime minister. If we are to bring a positive change in the community whether about a school

or college or hospital or anything; we are giving that child a solid mind set and strong set of

ideas and supporting him or her to think outside the box.

The ability to think so clearly that with any concept people can paint a picture; that

concept, that evolution causes great things and they are adapted by others as well when they see

the positive outcome.

Desired change practices:

When we want to bring a change, we must keep in mind about certain thing. Like before

taking any step, one must calculate the following facts. Like,

 What is the problem?

 Who is getting effected by it?

 What kind of change will solve the problem?

 What kind of changes are required to create the solution?

 What efforts and force are needed?

 Who is willing to take the step towards better?

When we are clear about these things, we clear our mind with the concept of change. It is

important to accept the change because some people are not comfortable with changes. They

have lived their whole life under those breathless rules and they want to continue living under

those.

It is not only unhealthy but also unrealistic. How can one survive under such conditions

where there is no chance for acceptance of change? Therefore, when one think about a change,

recommendations start flowing and they are always not positive.

Many people will try to stop you, they will warn you about the difficulties you will face.

To practice that changing idea or concept is a difficult part. You will have to undergo many

changes within your own self. Though these inner changes will not change the concept of the

change but only sharpen it. when things get tough, thinking get better and critical.

It is important to think clearly. When things are clear in your mind, and you are sure that

you want a change, then you work for that, working part is always tough as told above. Many

hurdles are placed in your path but when you view your goal for the community, you get strong.

The finding is always interesting part. For instance, when we look in to the community,

we see millions of things out of order. Pick any community and see how they are progressing.

You will see that the students are lacking behind in their studies because of part time job or

house responsibilities. Homes and places are not as well managed as they should be. These small

details and many other like these define the community and how well it is established.

By establishment, the meaning is the general life standard and how they are living their

lives. People will see that many communities which the migrants are basically; they always lack

in many things. It is this lacking which demand a change. When the concept is finalized, it needs

to be implemented.

Practice always starts from personal aspects. Whoever is fighting to bring a change, they

need to dissolve that idea in to themselves and show how the change will result. The concept

needs to take a visual form and when people observe the change, it becomes a leading change.

It may sound difficult and it sure is but it is not impossible. Because such leading changes

have been occurring in the past, present and surely will happen in future as well. Implementation

is must, for any positive outcome.

The idea of change should be practices widely. Only then it reaches that state of leading

change. As per the name, a leading change will lead you in to greatness and offer much more

than just a building or scheme or anything like this. Such leading changes affect life and thinking

and inner selves.

The beauty of such leading change and the practices of these changes is that they are

always happening. They just need the right path and once they are given that, you will be amazed

how thing work out in the end. Everyone deserves to have a positive change in their life and

when this change turns in to a form of a community change, the effecting level is much higher

and bigger.

So, think of an idea about change, hold on to that concept. You can get this idea at any

age. What matter is that how you practice is and show others the positive result of it. when

people see the positive outcome, they automatically adapt the leading change and become a part

of it without any difficulty.

Outcome:

Any change that brings the positive result in the end it considered a leading change. As it

is clear from the name, the change must lead the way to greatness or comfort or simple

happiness. The change which does happen but it not producing anything positive, how are we

going to follow that?

This is where the stress is upon the outcome comes. Of course, outcome is most

important. It is what describes any thin successful or not. It your idea was a success then you will

get benefits in the end. If not and your idea flopped, then the idea will become history and no one

will even remember it.

Here one thing is to be remembered that changes don’t happen overnight. They require time

and efforts and they need patience. For a bright outcome, one need to understand the steps which

are important for the outcome. They are as under:

 What caused the concept of change to occur?

 What has been done about it?

 What people are doing about it? as in supporting it or not

 When the practice of the idea has started, how people responded to it?

 What it the outcome?

 After outcome, how people are reacting to it?

 When we fill these questions, we automatically get the flopped change or the leading

change.

Since the community is all about people and their lives and unity; we need to think of

such change which will affect them. When the change starts happening, people start noticing he

difference, they promote it.

This is an important aspect in any change’s life. When people support the idea, changes

happen quickly. If the idea is such a difficult one, then how do you expect people to follow when

they are already sensing the difficulty. Communities are extremely thick when it comes to

changes. One need to bring out such an impressive concept of change and then practice it. and

when the outcome is shown, only then you will see that they are willing to move with you.

This kind of behavior does not happen with a community. But every community is very

closely knitted with each other and they are always standing by one another. They don’t fear how

badly they are treated as individual but to the world, they must be united. When they see the

outcome being good and bright and helpful to them; then they proceed with it.

One might think why should one go through all the trouble for such communities when

they are stubborn and thick headed? Because we humans are made of love. We want care and

affection. But more than anything, we deserve respect and equality. When outside world start

treating communities like aloof nation, they get hindered within themselves.

That is why; leading changes are needed to bring out the greatness which is hidden within

these communities. Once the outcome shows you the result, you will be surprised to see how

much a community can offer in the prosperity of a country. You will be impressed what talent a

community has. For a leading change, trust the outcome and hope for the best results. Positive

things happen with positive changes and such changes become leading changes.

Impact:

The impact comes in the last of the whole process but never undermine the power of it.

any change which is considered a leading change will have a huge impact. That is why the

concept of change was created in the initial place. If you did not want a powerful impact, then

why even worked on such an idea.

The thought of having worked on those ideas which were going nowhere and had zero

impact, that the cause of a failure. We know how hard one has to work in order to bring a

positive and effective change in to existence. Then why waste the energy over such a useless

idea or concept. This not only feel wrong but unjustified. One who does just things is often

considered as a fool.

No changes are possible if you act like a fool. Stay strong and stand by your idea. Make

sure that the concept you are presenting is not only fool-proof but also progressive and its impact

will surprise you. For the leading changes, the impact is most important because impacts are

those results which makes the change a leading change.

No change becomes a leading change by just one delivery. The consistency, the pressure,

the negation; one must deal with everything. That is why, when such a change comes forward,

that idea is full bright, and you can say that idea has fought the way to greatness.

It is not impossible that you cannot achieve a leading change or be a part of it; thing is

that in order to create something so huge and effective that it changes lives of millions, you have

to have the future insight and know for sure that your concept of change will matter. The impact

will affect the hearts and lives of many and that is how you will create a leading change.

To have a powerful impact, you will make sure that the idea or the concept of change is

according to the need to the people and time. Then the implementation should be justified and

fair. People must observe it feel it and apply it too in their lives.

For a successful impact of a leading change, below mentioned pointed work magic. They

are simple but effective and have worked million time.

 Recognize the issue and address it. try to bring awareness about it among the fellow

community members.

 Find the solution and concept a change. This could be at any level but majorly, starting

point is considered best.

 Form a coalition. It is necessary that people form the same community for whose change

is being brought must be included.

 Create a clear vision of the change. Explain how this change will affect their lives in a

better way. How difference will be seen and appreciated.

 Communicate with authorities and people and discuss the concept of change you want to

bring. Clear any confusion or fearfulness among people.

 Work on the change. Demonstrate through implementation. While practicing it, remove

the visible hurdles and address the hurdles so others feel comfortable.

 Build a change and stay positive about it.

 Now allow the change to anchor in to another people’s life.

It is easy to think about a change and talk about it. but to bring reality-based changes is a

difficult decision and requires firmness. It is due to the leading changes in the society that

communities have been surviving so far otherwise, things get tough. If communities are strong,

future will be bright for everyone. Because you never know what kind of talent or impressive

personality is hidden due to unreasonable circumstances around them.
