Leadership is making sure there are significant improvements and knowledge transferred from one person to the rest of the world. There is an excellent chance that people will make the best of what is available and achieve their set objectives. It is with a great need that there will be life and things that will take place to enable it to happen. In organizations, there are various ways in which leaders or instead, managers handle their own people. Not all managers are leaders, but leaders are managers in an organization. Leadership is the ability to make the best out of what is there and be able to control everyone in order to make them adhere and follow a particular direction and instructions. Organizations are able to make the best of what they have, starting with the allocation of resources and tasks, and leaders play a significant role in doing that. Without the management organizations, industries and companies would not be able to coordinate, plan, and control all the activities that are present. Leadership is critical in establishing a significant effect on how people handle things, activities, procedures, and processes that are in organizations. First, leadership starts from the beginning, and it makes sure that there is hope for the future. It ensures that there is hope when activities and projects begin; they are the ones who give authority, instruction, support, and guidance. Secondly, leaders are supposed to motivate their employees to perform their duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Leaders are persuasive by nature, and that means they can be able to make the best out of people and enable them to adhere to the right rules and regulations. Leaders are the ones to bring the best character and behavior so that employees can be able to respect them and follow their paths.
Leadership styles are mostly experienced in different situations. Most companies have leadership, which is categorized as the best way to handle matters, and at times, they give a chance to other leadership styles if the need arises. Governmental organizations are being encouraged to make the best out of what they have, and that means handing better services and provisions that are present. Every style is used in one way or the other, putting in mind its consideration and nature. Organizations, companies, firms, and industries are all created to make use of the management styles that are available. The nature and the type of organization is an excellent determinant of which kind to choose as their main one and which one to put it aside to be used when the need arises. However, there are others that are not effective and appropriately embarrassed because of the consequences they bring to an organization. The relationship theory of leadership is that which plays a part in project management where a leader is spotted to have a good relationship with his team members, and that is a big step to take. There is a high chance that the best people are the ones who know how to handle people from different cultures, traditions, countries, and perceptions. Management theory is a theory that plays a part mostly in organizations; for instance, it considers leadership as a system of penalties and rewards, which is essential in consideration with the making of decisions, judgments, and issuing of instructions (Kouzes & Posner, 2006).
Autocratic Leadership Style
In organizations that employees are not sophisticated, and they do not have what I take, it is necessary to use an autocratic kind of leadership. With much help from the administration, there is an excellent chance that dictatorship is, at times, the best. In private companies, there is a high chance that leaders are the only ones that make the decisions, and it is a good thing since they are the only ones who know the state of a company. When a leader is involved in leadership, it will avoid a lot of confusion, argument, and chaos, which play a significant role in fulfilling the objectives of a company. At times, when team members and employees are involved in making decisions, they may be biased, and hence the findings won't come out to be the best. Instead, on other occasions, the decisions they make maybe just interested in making the best out of their desires and interest. It is with great hope that people should be able to be given guidance so that organizations and companies stick to all objectives, which are considered a good thing. Most managers who are leaders in organization s are the ones who have been considered and known to be shareholders and stakeholders of the same company, and that means they have the best interest of the companies at hand. With autocratic, faster decisions are enabled, and thus, running of businesses and processes works faster. It does not result in the breakdown of activities, and that is a good step for private companies to take. Besides, communication will come from one source, which is an excellent part to start and avoid conflict.
An autocratic leadership style plays a significant role when an organization is small and contained. It is mostly preferred for organizations that are starting to operate, such as new institutions and companies that are producing products for the first time. The reason behind doing such is to ensure that there is an excellent chance of making things work from the central part before it is expanded. In new and small organizations, there is a need to develop one center of communication, planning, control, and coordination in order for things to be done in the right way. It can also be useful in all organizations when the decision that needs to be made is fast and necessary at that moment. For example, whenever Wendy's Company and Apple Inc. The company is attacked by attackers and terrorists, or even more, they are faced with vulnerabilities and risks that are spreading fast, and they need quick attention; leadership usually changes to autocratic, which is the most suitable at that instance.
Democratic Management Styles
Democratic management styles are the best type of leadership that is fulfilling to all parties that are involved. There is a need to make sense of what is being done and contribute to it in order to feel a sense of belonging. It deals with the participation of all members in leadership where they can be able to make some decisions, and it gives excellent results. Most governmental organizations and public companies exercise it. At times it is referred to as, participative leadership which is perfect for development. Combining knowledge and skills is a big step to make necessary judgments and conclusions in an organization. Employees handle organizational activities daily and manage the operations, and therefore they are the ones who know the positive and negative of methods, strategies, and the risks they can be able to face. When they are involved, they will lead to more meaningful choices being made that may be able to save a company from incurring a lot of cost and labor later in life. This management style has been detected to be the most flexible and practical in that a person is able to make significant improvements at work since they are considered part of the organization.
Democratic leadership has a lot of advantages, such as it allows members to bring a lot of views t the table, which is an important aspect. Sharing of information and contribution to what is being passed is a step to being free and making the right choices. It Is essential that what is being said about a product or service is encouraged by the members. Members play a crucial role in making sure there is good quality, availability of the best resources, and raw materials that are used to make the products. Employees have direct contact with the customers and consumers, and hence they are given feedback and complaints on the products, and it is a good chance for them to contribute. For example, in big companies such as Google, Microsoft windows, and so on, there are some factors that are brought up for a decision to be made. In case there is a risk or vulnerability that a company is facing, the employees are the ones who will know where it originated from and the causes of it. In order to eradicate or somewhat mitigate these things, it is necessary to incorporate members so that they can explain the best way to handle matters as they are directly in contact with the case. It gives them relief to know that people are able to address issues without any difficulty and, therefore, a better way for interaction and harmony in an organization. There is industrial peace if all people are encouraged to take part in handling matters that are of concern to them and the organization at large, which is a good step for them to make.

This leadership style is considered the best one for big organizations, companies, and industries because there is a divided authority. It also plays a role in decentralized organizations and companies so that communication can be able to be heard all over, and it can be implemented as soon as possible (Hargreaves& Fink, 2012).
