leadership
The profile sheet should guide much of the discussion about your leadership profile paper. Don’t define terms or describe the surveys. The key is application and analysis.
1. What kind of leader of you?
2. Describe yourself in terms of the survey results. Some of the surveys are related, so look for patterns in the survey results that lead to a clear description of your leadership profile.
3. What did you learn about yourself?
4. Do the surveys help to explain your experiences at work and at home?
5. Which leadership attributes are your greatest strengthens?
6. What are some weakness you discussed?
7. Close with a full paragraph leadership development plan which outlines specific steps you can take to improve your leadership skills.
8. How can you become a better leader?
9. How can you develop the leader within you?
