Your assignment, should you accept it, will be to write a paper on Ethical Leadership and whether you believe Organizational Culture and Ethical/Unethical Leadership influences behavior by employees, customers and other stakeholders. All opinions must be supported using research and scholarly sources. Locate scholarly articles relating to Organizational Culture and Ethics. References should be recent and if possible be no more than three years old. Please see me if this becomes a challenge.

The paper should be 10 pages in length, not including cover and reference pages. It should include 5-7 scholarly references. You should use APA Format.

In addition to your paper please create a brief 10-minute slide show presentation, which you will share with the class.
