Transformational leaders rely on a common idea to establish faith and how to approach their aim.

My personal experience of leadership is that I have been a good communicator when I was in university to coordinate an exhibition. And was able to take decisions skillfully.

Attributes of leader

My personal attributes of leaderships are that I am accountable, have good communication and decision making skills.

Accountable: It is defines as the act of taking responsibility of something

Good Communication skills: It is defines as the skills through which someone convey their message or idea properly to others.

Decision Making Skills: The decision making skills are those skills that assist the leader in making decision with thought process and keeping in view all the factors strategically.

If I talk about personal attributes then these attributes of leaderships supervised me in my office work as well as in my living and supports me in the best judgment building. There reaches a moment in living when we have to mold our leadership behavior as per requirements it can only be accomplished with a series of self- evaluations and encountering accountability in my secluded living I normally glance foremost.

Nelson Mandela (A Charismatic Leader)

History:

The South African activist and late leader Nelson Mandela (1918 -2013) served to convey an end to discrimination and has been an international lawyer for rational equities.

Drawbacks

The charismatic leaders lacks the clarity of ideas.

The management of such kind of leaders is really poor.

They don’t have clear direction and vision.

The followers or the team relies a lot on the charismatic leaders.

Why I choose Nelson Mandela?

I choose Nelson Mandela as a Charismatic leader because I believe he was a great leader.

He was compassionate and forgive his enemy.

He always focus on the needs of others, and served everyone.

He believed in self sacrifice, because when he was freed from prison, he didn’t accept freedom and said I will not accept this freedom until my people get freedom.

Adolf Hitler(A Transformational Leader)

On July 29, 1921, Adolf Hitler becomes the president of the National Socialist German Workers (Nazi) Party.

Following Hitler, the Nazi party turned into a core action and directed Germany as a tyrannical kingdom from 1933 to 1945(Takala, 2016).

Hitler’s last years did not appear to divine his beginning as a state leader. Born on April 20, 1889, in Braunau am Inn, Austria.

He was a miserable student and never certified from high school.

During World War 1, he met Bavarian troops of the German army and was recognized as a strong warrior; despite, his officers believed he lacked leadership skills and never pushed him ahead corporal.

Hitler was hugely self-confident of his strengths(Tanja Hanctle, 2018 ).

Hitler’s intellect is undeniable.

He had very excellent interpersonal relationships with those who worked most confined with him, and he remembered particular details about them (Solikin M. Juhro, 2017 ).

He desired to control everything and maintain check of every responsibility

He had a distinct idea and understanding of the way to perform his plan so he is the one who guided his people in a struggle to achieve his goal. Why I choose Adolf Hitler?

I choose Adolf Hitler as a transformational leader because of his essential characteristics of leadership.

He was an honest person and had no greed for money. .

He had clear path, direction and great communication skills.

He had great abilities to delegate and positive attitude towards achievements.

Transformational leader is a detrimental to an organization or society

The Transformational leader is a detrimental to an organization or society because they ends up in the negative outcomes.. Furthermore the transformational leaders wants their colleagues/team to agree on each and every argument with them hence it lacks the moral rightness, so turning the society or organization in the immoral direction can leads to destruction in the society/organization.

If the transformational leaders don’t open up lines for the communications among the organization then it leads to the disruption in the organization. The Transformational leader is a detrimental to an organization or society because they ends up in the negative outcomes..
