Disucssion 1:

Team boundaries divide one job team from another and control the flow of knowledge and money circulation. It distinguishes one workgroup from another and affects the flow of knowledge and the appropriation of money. At times, borders are rather marked, but, in different situations, borders are more ambiguous. If the boundary turns out to be too accessible or ambiguous, the team will be overpowered and sacrifice personality (Berggren, Brusoni, & Ven, 2016). Teams cope with their team boundaries by identifying where the boundaries of their interests are, beginning to define them, and knowing that the boundaries can be crossed. Because somebody determines boundaries, it does not imply that he would never be approached to step beyond his work. Especially in the sense of a private sector environment or start-up, this infiltration happens because everyone must participate during a successful opportunity to maintain activities moving (Chong & Wendelien van Eerde, 2012). Team union is how many people ought to contribute to the gathering ability to function as a functioning work entity. Cohesiveness produces over a long time, out of emotional and gathering level fascination, collective action, and out of a sense of finding a location.

B.     The idea of "social capital" became widely trendy as it was late. However, the word has been around for over a century, although the feelings behind it have returned much more. The team's social capital is conceptualized through three sub-developments: social relations, confidence, and common vision. Knowledge and coordination by market and creativity professionals were projected to be the main ancestors of the social capital squad, stimulating team success (Lee & Park, 2015). Teams have outer social wealth, as well. The specific departments' properties may be obtained via their relationships with people from various ventures, associations, or networks. Social capital is generally seen as useful in improving school. This paper argues that social ties between students build social capital at both the person and the class levels. Any of them has an exceptional effect on the pupils' exhibition and their prosperity.

Discusison 2:

Team Boundaries are one of the important features in any Organization because its success is determined by the Team Boundaries itself. Team Boundaries help the Organization by dividing the resources and knowledge and then forming teams that are more suitable for the Product that they are going to make.  If the boundaries of the team are strict it might lead to isolation or collapse of the team and then we lose touch with others and it ends up troublesome for them to incorporate with different components of company in the system although they will have high interior loyalty or cohesion. Team Boundaries might be effective in many situations but due to a few factors, they might be at a greater disadvantage to the Organization. OverBounded teams that deal with high value and poor communication and UnderBounded teams that lack the proper communication with the other teams, Customers and Peers have to be managed well for the Success of the Organization. Founding teams is one of the other team boundaries which might isolate the newly formed teams if they are disbanded due to poor performance from the Organization. So, to compensate the Founding teams we can come up with Strong ties within the Organization and that may include long-term friendship and Marriage. Informing Teams might be isolated from the Organization but in many cases, they are in this situation because of their good knowledge about the product. They might not have good communication with the internal teams which is their biggest problem. Parading teams can communicate well with the customers and give them the update from time to time about the progress by communicating the internal teams. Probing teams communicated so well and their main objective is to gain recognition and they might represent the Organization in any situation. X-Teams are the kind of teams that uses their unique abilities to develop a product and finish it.

Internal Cohesion can be based on many factors and overcoming them through team boundaries need a lot of experience from anyone because it's not easy to communicate with a proper internal cohesion to agree with all the terms and regulations we decide for the product. Face to Face communication in the team would help to have strong confidence by understanding our team through direct communication. Other ways of communication like Telephone and video calls won’t be that effective when it is compared to Face to face communication and I would recommend that with my class team for much quicker and effective work.
