1. Dent and Goldberg views people don’t resist change, only the loss of benefits comforts associated with current circumstances. I have seen this first hand at my current job. Were leadership changes out very frequently and individuals who do the heavy lifting resist orders from the new leadership because they would say, “leaders are temps and we are the continuity”.
2.Atkinson view welcomed resistance to change and believed that and Understanding how and why people react to change will result in the change initiate. As a leader when I would have to make a significant change to the way my soldiers were operating, understanding how the change effects the teams and individuals was very important to me because it help me promote benefits of change on personal and org level.
3. Jensen 3 implications of change were thinking beyond resistance, create and foster readiness and momentum and manage the social energy of change. Jenson view focuses on the personal and emotional view of the recipients.
