Assignment Process and Steps:

1. As a team, reflect on how your team worked since Week 3, especially as you worked on your

case analyses and then prepare an Infographic on your team progress.

2. Review your Rules of Engagement in preparation

3. Review the Documents/instructions on Infographics

4. Keep words on infographic few and use images to make your point – see samples provided, and

look for others. Resources are included in Week 10.

5. You must include: Team number and names

6. Then choose five (5) more – your choice

• Have you developed shared leadership? - each member is active and moves easily into and

out of a leadership role depending on knowledge, experience and task. - no one person is

leading or taking up the more time than others on your team. If, yes to shared leadership,

how did you do it? If not, what has held you back?

• How have you held each other accountable?

o Does everyone show up for meetings?

o Does everyone do equal work on team assignments?

• How have you held video team meetings? What was the impact?

• How are different ideas allowed and explored? Please give an example of when.

• On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being low and 10 being very high, what is the level of

psychological safety on your team? What do you need to do now to get it to a 10?

• What conflict has your team experienced? Give one strategy you used to manage the

conflict?

• What is the model or concept covered to date that has been most useful to your team? Why?

• Have your Rules of Engagement changed from your original agreement? How? (e.g. did you

make some norms more explicit; did you update the roles and responsibilities; did you build

in more opportunities for individual team leadership?)

• Is there anything unique about your team that you would like to share?

• Overall, what has worked well on your team? What was surprising? What has been

more challenging?

• What has been the key learning for each member (short sentence for each)?
