Introduction

This paper is based in a yoga studio. This project mirrors the strategic plans of our Pro yoga studio that we rebranded and expanded to help the organization realize profitability in this changing and diverse market. By expanding and rebranding, the studio is focused on foreseeing our strategies being applied and implemented as per our objective. Our organization is focused on physical exercise and therapy sessions that we thought would be better availed to society. Our organization is currently operational in one country with major branches across towns.

The organizational structure is made up of the chief executive director, stakeholders, managers, supervisors, instructors, and teachers together with the support staff (Yusoff et al., 2018). These are the people who help the organization run and attempt to meet our objectivity. The organization has a human resource management department that helps in the daily operations of the organization.

Organization budget

The organization has about 70 employees and the revenue of the organization is approximately $ 80 million, which is generated from the stakeholders of the organization, the current budget undedicated is related to the rebranding and renovation together with various expenditures in the organization.

The organization budget for renovation and the running of the organization process, paying employees, and the various activities in the studio were allocated a budget of $780,000. This money was to ensure the rebranding and renovation of the epic yoga studio that will enable the organization to meet our organization's objective. The budget was subdivided as follows:

Studio management: $50,000

Instructor management: $45,000

Client service executive: $25,000

Accounting department: $60,000

Renovation costs: $250,000

Casuals’ management: $110,000

This budget is a total of $610,000 and shall promote accurate handling, branding, and marketing of the yoga studio management procedure. It is highly imperative to use the budget specified and allow all costs to go to a maximum of $780,000, in this way, there can be better outcomes for the project handling procedure.

Organization culture

The Pro yoga “studio working culture is based on teamwork. Effective communication within the working environment and employee recognition is a virtue in our organization. This type of working environment fosters effectiveness in terms of communication, and productivity in the working environment.

Human resource concerns

The Pro studio practices diversity within our recruitment strategies where we look to bring in people from various backgrounds and ethnicity to promote unity and ensure productivity within our organization (Stone et al., 2020). Our organization working across all cultures benefits from the different talents and professionals that will be working for our organization. This allows other employees to learn about different traditions and the way things are done creates a background for our organization to establish a stable and competitive business within our field. Through bonding understanding the difference and similarities that organizations and customers from different parts of the globe will help us become a global organization. This puts us in an advantageous position in the global market. Cross-cultural working mates can also be enriching where employees are exposed to a variety of skills to learn from and help them in their personal and professional growth and development.

The organizational culture in our studio has employee training strategies, rewards, and recognition. Training and development of employees is our organization's top priority since this increases the productivity of our employees helping the organization obtain its goal. Training and developing skills at high levels in an employee's field of work helps in attracting raining and improving employees (Stone et al., 2020). This shows that when a company is investing in their employees it puts an impact on the employees' minds where they tend to choose loyalty and stay in the organization that recognizes their work input and their availability of their skills and professionalism

Informational flow, within the organization, is flexible and allows access to all staff members of the organization. Communication systems also carry impactful messages about the mediation of power within organizations. In our organization there is a free flow of information within the work environment, Communication could enable the workforce to have a greater say in decision-making to varying degrees, and strongly participate in the implementation of decisions and control. Therefore, communication could enhance employee involvement within our organization which intern helps our organization meet our goals”

OB concerns.

Our organization is built on teamwork where the various departments work hand in hand to ensure productivity within the organization to make it easy when it comes to collaboration and decision-making processes (Budd, 2020). The organization has made this possible through the provision of an open communication channel within the organization where all the staff members can gain information at any anytime within the organization. This was a good strategy that speeds up the process of obtaining information about the organization's protocol or information about the clients within our organization. Teamwork makes workflow without any challenges. The Pro yoga studio creates this environment to ensure there is a good relationship within the working environment and that all processes follow a common procedure to enable the teams to work together. Good communication within the department helps the organization get clear and better ideas when it comes to decision-making.

In the organization, the leadership that has been incorporated is an inclusive, dynamic and cross-cultural leadership. This form of leadership helps in diving clients into the organization due to the communication mode and convincing factor or influence the leaders in our organization to bring to the table. Cross-cultural leadership helps in understanding the market and mobilizing the people of certain cultures or societies to invest and buy or use the organization's product or services to promote the sale and expand the customer database. This form of leadership helps in bringing in employees from various nationalities and social standards (Budd, 2020). This helps booter creativity within the organization hence the production of high-quality products and services desired by the clients and the society. Leaders should be influential to the people they are in charge of in the organization this means they should be able to improve the employees through assistance and guidance to be able to see productivity or success within the team they are in charge of in the organization.

The organizational climate deals with employee conflict within our working environment. The organization since we are trusted in the positive outcome for our operation our employees are treated in a supportive manner where their concerns are looked into with immediate effect to help build a trusting and hardworking staff in our organization (Budd, 2020). The organization has events that are meant for the team to create a bond between the workers hence providing a conducive working environment for the employees to work. Organizations should be ready to provide a positive organizational working climate to ensure that we have a good working environment and this will foster productivity among the employees. Build communication, teamwork, and collaboration within the organization hence, meeting organizational objectives.
