Strategic leadership is the leader's ability to define an organization's values, vision, and mission. While having plans and strategies to create tools and techniques to integrate into their plans to achieve the organization's values and execute the company mission and. Their vision is to make sure they address employees, customers, and community needs. Strategic management is the process where managers plan to implement a method, coordinate, and execute. The strategic manager has people working to them to perform to the best of their abilities. The process determines how the plan and the direction can achieve by completing strategic planning. Strategic planning is the process where organizations set priorities and goals for managers to reach the expected results of the plan. The process provides directions for the company.
The distinction between the three is strategic leaders' help organizations create a strategic planning process that would align with their vision and the organization's mission and values. Strategic managers must follow and implement by following the plan. Strategic lea
