Assume that your chosen brand has got a very bad reputation due to number of factors and the bad news appeared in the mainstream news media and social media.

Given in the above context, please read from the link as an important resource material for the response toward solving the above problem.

Please be specific in your response.

· Issue Identification: First write down the issues or problems relating to your brand .. Find out everything you can about the problem and how it has happened. ...(what caused bad news or bad reputation….you could state them as imaginary if there are no such bad news recently!

· Identify the impact:

· Review Possible Actions (based on the use of social media and other ideas) & develop strategies (based on the reading: at least 2)

· Action/Result: Based on reading and your own problem solving. They could be hypothetical
