I like the way you have responded to the question systematically. I would like to add that risk and cost of poor data mining within the organization can lead to poor decision making process which directly affects the ability of the organization achieving competitiveness in the market. Also poor data management can affect the credibility of the organization to its customer and potential investors leading to slow growth.

I agree with you that data mining is the process by the organization evaluates data patterns, statistics, database systems and trends of the organization activities in order to gather important information that will be used in developing future organizational strategies.

On the other hand, text mining is the process by which the organization evaluates the natural information of the organization in order to get valuable potential information used for decision making purposes. Nice work but there is room for improvement.

I would like to add that poor data quality may lead to imperfect statistics within the organization which can lead to huge loses, probability of fraud, deprived public images and poor communication to the customer resulting to lose of client loyalty and sales in the market. In addition, time and money is utilized when workers or special team are locating the tribulations that has previously occurred in the organization due to poor data management.

I like your definition of data mining but I would like to add that this is the evaluation of organizational raw material into useful material used to enhance future operations. This is the procedure of picking vital and practical information from a set of bigger data groups within the organization.

Text mining is the approach that utilizes the statistical mechanisms and trends in order to gather vital information from emails, social media and messages among others. Text mining in the organization facilitates the efficient data mining actions and development of premeditated objectives. Keep it up.
