The comparison fields on your Tableau chart make sense for the data but you may need to adjust the scale or the type of chart to show the comparison more clearly. Not really clear on your controls, you looked more at the need for employees. There was not enough detail on the form to tell what you intended to cover but there was an Excel form with a drop down list, you wanted to describe that in more detail.
