Risk Table
1 Permits are not received per the schedule
This will increase the project timeline because the construction cannot start without obtaining the permit. This is also on the critical path meaning that it is very important and can stall the progress of the project
2 Finish work contractors walk off the job half way
Other contractors could be brought in to finish the work and it will not stall the project and will not affect the time schedule
3 Framing and drywall contractors are running behind schedule and can only produce half their crew as scheduled
This will affect the resource and dry wall schedule by at most 15 days. This will not be critical.
4 Work benches are poor quality and 1/3 will have to be rebuilt
This will not affect the project at all. The workbenches can be rebuilt as the project progresses.
