Based on the collaborative meaning making on how we as people communicate, it's true that our personalities and behavior blend combined is responsible for how we receive information and our thoughts. Carbonell states, "understanding personality patterns is one of the keys to improving your relationship and solving the people puzzle (2008). The Behavior Blends refers to the personality patterns based on the Four Temperament Model of Human Behavior. If we understand the four-quadrant model and personality pattern, one would get a better understanding on why people act the way they do, and do the things they do.

After I finished taking the Uniquely You assessment, My results were shocking. I read through everything and could not believe how accurate the results were about me. I do like to be in control of large groups and I have a strong leadership for those I'm responsible for. Working in corrections I mentor inmates daily, there are some who look to me for guidance and expect me to be strong minded in order to maintain order. I do enjoy what I do, but sometimes I just want somebody else to be strong at times. I'm very deeply touched that this assessment practically summed up my character as a person the way it did, like it knows me. According Stewart, emotions and feelings are always a part of our experiences. While parts of who we are cannot be measured, trying to understand how we respond to other people and events, can help each personality type extend past what their perceived expected limitations are (2012). Remembering that all of us are individually different in our own way, will also give others insight to ones personality. God made us all to be different, with our own way of thinking and how we act. That is what makes us all uniquely different.
