There is no mode for this group of hourly wages. Since mode is defined by the value that repeats most often and this set of values are all unique, we do not have a mode. As far as which type of hourly wage analysis could be used most appropriately, you'll notice that the mean matches the realistic cost exactly. This is due to the fact that we calculated the mean by averaging all hourly wages and then multiplied that by total hours. If we wanted to give a realistic view of project cost, mean would suit us best. You'll notice that the using the median hourly rate gives us a smaller total. This would come in handy when selling the project to a group of investors as it shows the project costing less. As far as how we I calculated these numbers, I simply used the formulas that are already part of excel.
