2. Compare your food intake chart from Lab #1 (Attached called ‘lab 1’) to the recommended servings of grains, fruits, protein, fats etc in the USDA Choose MY Plate. MAKE YOUR OWN CHART OR SCAN THE CHART FROM THE TEXT. *
