It is a business place. Called Sephora.

The business in this address never changes.

The business are not different since 2009. They sell the same things and same type of folks.

E) Finally describe any other changes you see on the street on front of the business. Is there less garbage on the street now? Are there new amenities like bus shelters, bike racks, street signs, or trash cans?

The store next to this address was changed from Dress Barn to Forever 21.

This address is a Temple University’s dorm, called Morgan Hall.

Because is too long ago, can not find any review of the old business in this address.

I) In a few sentences talk about why the businesses are different. Do they sell something different? Is there a change in type of folks who visit the business?

I can not see clearly what the past business in this location, but it might be the office of Temple University. The reason it changed to a dorm, is may because of Temple University getting more popular and having more students to attend. Yes, the folks now going to this address is the student living in Morgan Hall.

It changed a lot in this street. Across the Oxford St, now are the Fresh Grocer, but can not see clearly what it is in the past.

Question: Google Street View gives us a snap shot of what life was like in the past. What do you think are some weaknesses to investigating the past/gentrification with Google Street View? What is missing?

I think the weakness of Google Street View is the past view can not see clearly, so that we could not know what the business is.
