Lab 2 – FLEXIBILITY

In recent years, George has noticed that his range of motion has been decreasing, particularly in his hamstrings. When George performed the sit and reach test, he found that he indeed was inflexible. He was only able to reach to the 9 in mark, even after a warm-up and several tries. George must undertake a program to become more flexible that would include and go beyond just stretching. What three things could George do to become more flexible? Name the three things, describe them, and explain how they will help George.
