In order to see “real world” examples of some of the taxonomic groups and characteristics of animals that we have been discussing, for this activity you will be viewing the live webcams at the San Diego Zoo / Safari Park and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Please visit the websites indicated below and use what you see to answer the questions on this worksheet. Note: An animal MUST be visible in one of the webcams in order to be used as an answer to any of the questions. Be sure the organism that you list is a classic example of that characteristic (rather than an exception). You may only use each animal once.
