Article 1

In the charismatic leadership style, a leader radiates all the qualities required to persuade and build trust with the followers. Whereas the Contingency leadership theory is based on two factors that determine if the leader is task-oriented or relation-oriented. Based on these two factors a leader is put in a situation that he or she can lead at their best. A charismatic manager can also practice a contingency leadership style with ease because of the trust the employees lay in them due to the leader’s charisma and persuasive nature. The manager would easily be able to get the job done through persuasion and simultaneously win the trust of the employees through their charisma. According to (Vidal, Campdesuñer, Rodríguez, & Vivar, 2017), there is no right or wrong leadership style, a manager knows his audience and chooses to motivate an employee that would work the best in their combined interests. The most important virtue of a charismatic leader is to be resolute yet thoughtful.

For example, when an employee leading a team goes through a tough time that keeps them from focusing on their job, a manager who follows charismatic leadership can check on the employee and provide the support necessary for the employee to perform his tasks. This way the manager would maintain cordial relation with the employee as well motivate them to get the work done.

Article 2

The possible ways for a manager to be charismatic are manifold, from a leader who can inspire confidence to a charismatic leader who may speak the language of the people rather than their religion or traditions. A very persuasive leader might lead staff to believe that he or she has a vision, and the staff follows him or her. This is a very effective model for managers. Today's management is one where these two types of leadership can be used and used successfully. The ability to effectively communicate with your staff is one of the keys that distinguishes a charismatic leader (Le Blanc et al., 2021). A more effective method for meeting your staff's expectations and concerns can be built in an organization's culture. This is done by keeping in mind the fact that people are essential in relationships. A charismatic management system can be applied to any organization. The manager must practice contingency leadership skills so that they can adapt effectively to various situations. Successful managers practice leadership skills that adapt to different situations. If a group of people faces challenging and long-term challenges, the leadership style may not suit the situation. A leader should find a way around the difficulties to benefit the people at the meeting to manage a conflict.
