L.A Metro purple line paper

 Is there a clear policy statement somewhere in which Metro outlines the goal(s) of this project?

  Is there a way to assess the project against those goals before it’s completed and people are using it? 

Could you make some projections based on the other lines?

  Did they accomplish similar goals or have they failed (or did they even have the same goals)? 

Give this some more thought about what question(s) you’re going to try to answer and the methodology you’d use to answer them.
